Andresare

The project

This is how we denominate the articulating nucleus of ANDRESARE, which gathers bibliographical references of work carried out in the field of women, feminism and gender, with the condition that these concentrate on the Basque reality and are produced by people that generally carry out their investigation work in our context or collaborate to enrich it from any other place, interests or situation. This nucleus will be continuously updated and completed through the incorporation of other fields of knowledge that were not contemplated in the initial investigation. Furthermore, and in the measure that is possible, we will continue to work in order to achieve that the original texts and articles be directly available to ANDRESARE, or that the necessary bonds be established with other publications or platforms to be able to have access to the material. It is a slow and costly process, but at the same time important, in order to provide easy access to the information and increase the real possibilities of success in the investigations.

Whatever the case, the launching of the ANDRESARE Website, promoted by Eusko Ikaskuntza, puts before us a project that requires collective efforts in order to divulge the information generated by the investigators themselves, institutions, or, given the case, the users of the website, and make it circulate. We believe that the participative component is a key element in order to be able to increase, update or disseminate the information.
